📦 RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — Bondi & Co

Bondi & Co aims to ensure a positive shopping experience. This policy complies with general consumer standards and eBay’s return expectations.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

Defective items

Damaged items

Incorrect items received


2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

Proof of purchase is required

Certain items (e.g., hygiene items, perishable goods, personalized items) may not be eligible

  1. Please contact us BEFORE sending items back, otherwise we may not be able to process your return.

3. Return Process

Order number,

Description of the issue, 

Photos (if item is damaged/defective)

 

We will review your claim and provide:

A return authorisation, 

A return address (may be an Australian location or a supplier location depending on fulfilment partner

Ship the item as instructed.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.


5. Replacements / Exchanges

If a replacement is available, we may offer:

A reshipment of the item, or

A refund if replacements are not available
