How do I place an order?
Simply add your favourite items to your cart and head to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your order securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We cannot change or cancel orders once they have been placed, as they are immediately sent to our fulfilment team for processing.

Do you ship outside Australia?
No — Bondi & Co currently ships within Australia only.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
If you ordered multiple items, they may be sent from different fulfilment centres.
This means your order may arrive in separate parcels — but rest assured, everything is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received one after a few days, contact our support team and we’ll check for you.
